OVERSEAS SALES SUPERVISOR - Thai Delmar Co., Ltd.

•    Manage assigned overseas customer accounts and drive sales performance to achieve targets.

•    Handle orders for existing products, monitor inventory availability, and coordinate with the factory to ensure timely delivery.

•    Prepare monthly sales reports and sales forecasts using data from the company system for submission to the General Manager.

•    Maintain accurate product information, sales records, quotations, pricing history, and sample-related documents.

•    Conduct product and market surveys with the supervisor and prepare reports to support new product ideas.

•    Prepare product presentations and present products to assigned customers.

•    Receive customer complaints, notify Quality Assurance (QA), and follow up on investigations and corrective actions.

•    Provide customers with required documents and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  •    Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    More than 3 years of relevant experience in sales, export, or a related field, as required for external hires.

•    Proper English communication skills.

We are the manufacturer of frozen seafood product which is distributed to domestic and overseas markets. The factory located in Samutprakarn province. Our customers is famous QSR and another food services. We have customers in Japan, Korea, and South East Asia and expand market in Middle and Middle East of Asia.
