Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via call in Japanese
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  •  Proficient in speaking Japanese Language - no JLPT level required but is an advantage
    •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    •  Good problem-solving and persuasion skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Skilled in explaining complex information in a clear, convincing, and customer-friendly manner
    •  Capable of building trust and rapport with customers through effective communication
