Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via call in Japanese
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proficient in speaking Japanese Language - no JLPT level required but is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and persuasion skills
- Basic computer skills
- Skilled in explaining complex information in a clear, convincing, and customer-friendly manner
- Capable of building trust and rapport with customers through effective communication
