ERP Consultant (all level) - DIGIBRIGHT SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, and design solutions and process flows aligned with ERP systems

• Plan and execute the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on the approved design documents

• Perform system setup and configuration, and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability

• Prepare project documentation such as Minutes of Meeting, Solution Design, Process Flow, User Manuals, and UAT Test Scripts

• Collaborate with Developers to deliver system customization and extensions based on client requirements

• Provide functional consulting and support to clients in using the system effectively

• Deliver user training for both Key Users and End Users

• Support system go-live and provide post go-live support, including issue monitoring and resolution

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, will be an advantage

• Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Purchasing

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate professionally with clients

• Service-minded, proactive, highly responsible, and eager to learn new things

• Ability to travel to client sites as required

• Demonstrate a growth mindset with a strong commitment to continuous self-development and growing alongside the DigiBright team
