Responsibilities
- Lead business discussions and requirements gathering: Take the lead in engaging with business users to identify and document their business needs and requirements. Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive solution designs that address those needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback: Serve as the main interface between business users and technical engineers during the solution development process. Obtain and communicate user feedback effectively, ensuring that it is appropriately incorporated into the solution.
- Stay up to date with technological innovations: Stay informed about the latest technological innovations and developments in the tech industry. Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Support knowledge transfer and mentorship: Create an education plan and support the development of junior consultants. Share your expertise and provide guidance to help them grow professionally.
- Collaborate with Project Manager: Work closely with the Project Manager to establish project plans, monitor progress, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure projects are delivered within specified timelines and meet quality standards.
- Lead production deployment and operations: Take charge of managing the system's production deployment. Oversee post-production operations, including incident management and troubleshooting, to promptly address any problems or issues that may arise.
- Define test approach and provide guidance: Define the test approach for both campaign and system functionality testing. Set the direction for Test Engineers and provide guidance throughout the testing process to ensure thorough and effective testing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably in the campaign management domain.
- At least 5 years of experience in a System Analyst role, with a strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system and solution designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business users and technical teams.
- Experience in leading and managing the implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
