Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers both domestically and internationally
2. Prepare various documents within the document, such as internal organizational documents, meeting minutes, summaries, and project plan follow-ups.
3. Study technical details of products, including comparing and selecting suitable products for use in different projects.
4. Support in product technical specifications for project development.
5. Handle other related tasks, such as import taxes, various import licenses, and product certification documents.
6. Coordinate with various departments within the company.
Qualifications
1. Male/Female
2. Age preferably 23-30 years
3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
4. Experience in international project coordination within product engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and automotive industries, encompassing both commercial and general automotive sectors.
5. Experience in international project coordination within product engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering.
6. Good command of English (Toeic Score 700 UP)
7. Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
