After Sales Service Manager - TOPBEST CO.,LTD.

- We are a new company looking for a person who are experience in automotive aftersales business. Job will begin with forming up aftersales team, implementing the working process and then operate.

- Responsible to developing and managing the overall business of After Sales and delivery the business financial and operational result achieves to targets.

- Responsible in team of technical engineering, warrantee and contract services.

- Responsible in grow up the part sales business along the line with developing part sales team.

- Developing technician competency and improvement the process of work to elimination of waste.

- Developing and implement the key KPIs, policies, procedures of aftersales and comply the dealer operating standard

- Male or Female, 35-45 years old / Thai Nationality only

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or relate.

- At least 8 years working experience in after sales, spare part warranty and network development for automotive industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in management level .

- Experience in Bus & Truck Will be advantage

- Strong interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving, result-oriented and customer focus.

- Good English communication skill.
