Production Planning Officer - VK JEANS COMPANY LIMITED

•  Create overall production plans across all brands — from BOM to delivery date — to meet client deadlines

•  Plan cutting schedules with the purchasing and production teams in weekly planning meetings

•  Coordinate fabric delivery timing with suppliers in line with the cutting plan

•  Prepare daily production boards/schedules for each department (cutting, sewing, QC, packing) to keep work flowing on plan

•  Track production progress against plan, flag delay risks, and coordinate immediate fixes

•  Coordinate across departments (purchasing, production, warehouse) to ensure materials and manpower are ready per plan

•  Prepare weekly/monthly production status reports for management

•  Analyze and improve planning processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays

•  Oversee overall cost/pricing and inventory stock management, along with other assigned tasks

•  Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field

•  1-3 years of experience in production planning or production coordination in the apparel/textile industry, or a highly capable recent graduate ready to learn

•  Strong planning, data analysis, and time management skills

•  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in preparing summary reports

•  Good cross-department communication and coordination skills, with sharp problem-solving ability

•  Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
