Qc Inspector - VK JEANS COMPANY LIMITED

•  Control and inspect product quality during production (In-line QC) to ensure each stage meets the required standard

•  Inspect product quality at the end of each production line (End-line QC) before items move to the next stage

•  Conduct final quality inspection (Final QC) before shipment to ensure products match the approved sample or the client's quality standard

•  Measure and check work specs (measurements, styling, stitching) against the approved sample or each brand's quality standard

•  Coordinate with clients on scheduling final QC inspections at the factory, according to each brand's cycle

•  Investigate quality issues found during production and coordinate with the production team to resolve them promptly

•  Record and report inspection results, flag defects, and follow up on rework until completed on schedule

•  Compile quality statistics and reports (defect rate, reject rate) to drive continuous process improvement

•  Bachelor's degree in Apparel/Textile Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field (direct experience considered in lieu of degree)

•  1-3 years of QC experience in the apparel/textile industry, or a highly capable recent graduate ready to learn

•  Knowledge of denim fabric, sewing, and denim garment production processes, with the ability to accurately measure specs and dimensions

•  Detail-oriented, observant, with good eyesight and high patience

•  Strong, clear communication skills, good leadership qualities, and effective at resolving on-the-spot problems

•  Able to work well under tight deadlines
