Responsibilities
- Research and qualify B2B leads, including brands, wholesale buyers, and sourcing agents.
- Assist with outbound outreach efforts, including emails, LinkedIn, and trade directory prospecting.
- Maintain and update the CRM and prospect tracking sheets.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as capability decks, quotation summaries, and sample tracking documents.
- Follow up on inquiries, sample requests, and pending quotations.
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Line OA.
- Support the production of lookbooks, line sheets, and B2B marketing materials.
- Coordinate photoshoots and product imagery with the creative team.
- Track content performance and report monthly metrics.
- Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up for trade shows.
- Coordinate buyer meetings and sample presentations.
- Compile post-event lead lists and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a commercial role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, essential for client-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in task execution.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Suite, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Background in fashion, textiles, or manufacturing.
- Exposure to B2B sales or trade show environments.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese language is a plus.
