1.Participate in the Management Trainee Program and gain practical experience in various business functions.

2.Attend on-the-job training and work assignments in China for a period of 2 years.

3.Coordinate and communicate with Thai and Chinese colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

4.Learn and understand the Company's operations, management systems, and business processes.

5.Support management projects and perform other duties as assigned.

6.Develop leadership skills and prepare for future management positions.

2.Bachelor's degree in any field.

3.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4.Good command of Chinese or English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a working environment.

5.HSK certificate or equivalent English proficiency will be an advantage.

6.Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and leadership potential.

7.Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8.Good personal record and no criminal record.

9.Able and willing to work and receive training in China for a period of 2 years.

10.Experience in manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
