Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as designers and developers) and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare marketing project documentation, meeting minutes, and weekly progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively flag any potential delays to management.
- Maintain clear communication across all parties to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or administrative roles (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Good command of English (Intermediate level) — able to read, write, and communicate effectively in an international business setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy mindset (experience with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, or Excel is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
