Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all legal matters and corporate legal activities.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management and business units on commercial and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage litigation, disputes, claims, and external legal counsel.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on potential legal risks.
- Support corporate governance, licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks across the organization.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments on legal matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in legal work, with management experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational companies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Thai laws, commercial contracts, labor law, and corporate law.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Thai Bar Association / Lawyer License is preferred.
