Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and closing the company's financial statements accurately, completely, on time, and reliably in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS for NPAEs), the Revenue Code, and the group's accounting policies. Controls the budget (Budget Plan), oversees tax matters, and manages and develops the accounting team to support management decision-making and reporting to external agencies.




  • Review the accuracy of all accounting entries across the system, including AR/AP accruals, petty cash, and the clearing of receivables and payables.
  • Reconcile all General Ledger (GL) accounts, encompassing advance receipts, prepayments, receivables, and payables.
  • Prepare adjusting entries in the general journal and correct errors identified through reconciliations.
  • Close monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; review revenue, expenses, cost of sales, input/output VAT, depreciation, and notes to the financial statements.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports (income statement, statement of financial position, cash flow statement) and supporting reports such as receivables, payables, and sales.
  • Review and calculate tax returns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely filing (PND.1, 2, 3, 53, 54 / PP.30, 36 / PND.50, 51), and reconcile taxes with the GL monthly.
  • Consolidate departmental budgets and control budget utilization in line with the Budget Plan.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, the Revenue Department, the Department of Business Development (DBD), and other relevant government agencies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Cost Control, Purchasing, Warehouse, and HR on AR/AP documentation, physical inventory counts, fixed asset registers, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Supervise, advise, coach, and develop the accounting team (2 section heads and 9 accounting officers), and modernize work processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Age between 28 and 40 years.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of TFRS for NPAEs and full TFRS (PAEs).
  • Knowledge of business-related taxation, with hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns.
  • Ability to perform full-cycle financial statement closing and prepare reports for management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP implementation or go-live activities, such as chart of accounts design, opening data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and closing during system transition.
  • Holds a Bookkeeper License (CPD) or CPA certification.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, integrity, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coach subordinates.
  • Experience auditing or handling accounts for hotel, restaurant, or hospitality businesses is a plus.
  • Experience transitioning from audit to in-house accounting, or readiness to make this career change, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-entity group closing and consolidated financial statements is a plus.
  • Continuous professional development in accounting and taxation is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in English is a plus.

Job Summary
