Responsibilities
- Respond to email correspondence, rate inquiries, and service requests from overseas agents and local customers.
- Support sales personnel in issuing quotations and addressing customer requirements.
- Calculate freight rates for various origins and destinations to prepare quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Logistics Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Understanding of Incoterms, including DDP, DAP, CIF, and FOB.
- Knowledge of FCL and LCL shipments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally handle customer inquiries.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding for at least 1-2 years is a plus.
