Accounting Manager - NNR Global Logistics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end closing, ensures accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements under TFRS. Record + Review journal entries and account analysis for all balance sheet accounts, P&L including Balance sheet account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation and revenue recognition.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports and variance analysis reports.
Coordinate with Revenue Department for tax refund, post audit, new announcement, special requirement, etc.
Deal with external auditor for performing statutory reports.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and statements within timeline.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Other ad-hoc/assignments.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
At least 7-10 years experiences, able to supervise accountant.
Holding CPD license is a must
FWD/ERP experience is preferred.
Good MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
Analytical skills with good communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude.
Possess flexibility and can-do attitude.
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or related industries
Good command of English
