Responsibilities
- Negotiate ocean freight rates and related charges with shipping lines and co-loaders for both FCL and LCL shipments.
- Input freight rates , surcharges, and other related charges in the company's central system (NNR Portal)
- Support to monitor market trends, carrier capacity, surcharges and other factor that may impact ocean freight rates and services.
- Coordinate with Sales and Sales Coordinators teams to support RFQ ,Tenders, freight inquiries and secure business opportunities , ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports covering freight inquiries and business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics and supply chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea Freight Pricing or Ocean Freight Procurement
- Negotiation skill and service mind.
- Strong relationships with shipping line would be an advantage.
- Positive and systematic thinking.
