หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)

* ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอไวน์ รวมถึงสินค้าอื่น ๆ ภายในร้าน ให้เหมาะกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
* ให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพ เป็นมิตร และสร้างประสบการณ์การซื้อที่ดี
* รับผิดชอบการขายสินค้าและบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
* ดูแลการจัดเรียงสินค้า เติมสินค้า และรักษาความสะอาด ความเรียบร้อยของร้าน
* ตรวจนับและดูแลสต็อกสินค้า รวมถึงรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือและสินค้าที่ใกล้หมด
* ดูแลการเปิด–ปิดร้าน และปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
* ดำเนินการรับชำระเงิน ออกใบเสร็จ และปิดยอดขายประจำวันอย่างถูกต้อง
* ศึกษาและพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับไวน์และสินค้าใหม่ ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
* สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย การจัดชิมไวน์ (Wine Tasting) และอีเวนต์ของร้าน
* ตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ เช่น LINE Official Account,  หรือช่องทางที่บริษัทกำหนด
* ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
