Responsibilities
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีการเงิน (Account Officer)
- คีย์ข้อมูลธุรกรรมการเงินลงฐานข้อมูลทุกวัน
- รับผิดชอบคำนวณภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม/ที่ดินโดยใช้ภาษี/ภาษีโรงเรือน/ภาษีอากรแสตมป์/ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายอื่นๆ
- สอบทานความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน การคำนวณ และการอนุมัติ รวมทั้งตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท
- จัดทำใบลดหนี้เพื่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ
- จัดทำรายงานค้างจ่ายทุกสิ้นเดือนเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ประจำเดือนเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องและความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทางการเงิน
- จัดทำใบกำกับการขายในประเทศและบันทึกรายการบัญชี
- รับและบันทึกสินทรัพย์ลงในทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร
- ร่วมตรวจนับทรัพย์สินถาวรตามนโยบายบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก.
- สนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- คำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคาในสินทรัพย์ถาวรแต่ละรายการและกำไรขาดทุนจากการจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์ถาวร
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน เช่น ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ ค่าโทรศัพท์ หรือค่าน้ำมัน
- ทำงานเป็นทีมเพื่อปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี / ตรวจสอบรายไตรมาสและประจำปี
- ร่วมมือกับที่ปรึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มสิทธิพิเศษให้เหมาะกับธุรกิจของบริษัท
เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลคลังสินค้า (Inventory control staff)
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการนำสินค้า วัสดุอุปกรณ์ เข้า-ออก และการจัดเก็บสินค้า Stock & Inventory Control
- สามารถตรวจสอบสินค้าเบื่องต้นได้
- จัดเตรียมสต็อกให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน พร้อมระบบ Inventory Control
- ควบคุมการสุ่มตรวจตามแผน สรุปและจัดทำรายงาน Inventory control
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีความคิดริเริ่มที่ดีในการประมวลผล
- ความมุ่งมั่นที่ดี ให้ความร่วมมือและมีความกระตือรือร้น
- มีความเข้าใจทฤษฎีการเงินและการบัญชี หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านภาษี BOI จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- หญิง/ชาย อายุ 20-30 ปี
- ปวช,ปวส.หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน inventory control

- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาการทำงาน
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์เพื่อปรับปรุงงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office เบื้องต้นได้
