Responsibilities
- To cover site Installation.
- Able to work in shift rotation. (by case)
- To plan manpower/ Machine/ equipment versus WIP to achieve capacity response.
- To supervise, directing and motivating his subordinators to practice and follow per company's policies regulations,
- rule and safety activity.
- To setup goal to all subordinators in term of quality objective and follow up to monitor for goal achievement.
- To analyze daily performance in term of output, inventory, lot on hold, yield and quality accident and take prompt action to overcome the problem by coordinate with all supporting groups.
- To continue to develop subordinators skill, know-how, attitude and moral including working competency through group meeting/ train/ review and effective communication.
Qualifications
Female
- Bachelor of any fields, degree in Science or Engineering would be advantage.
- 1 – 5 years working experiences in Manufacturing industry.
- Experience as a production supervisor is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Result-oriented with sense of ownership.
- Work 5 days/week and able to work rotating shift schedule and work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Proficient in MS Office and good command of English.
