Responsibilities
- เป็นผู้ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกแผนกบัญชีให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
- จัดทำและให้ข้อมูลทางการเงินและรายงานประจำเดือนที่ถูกต้องทันเวลาแก่ผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการ
- จัดการบัญชีการเงินและกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี
- จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบัญชี
- รับผิดชอบงานเกี่ยวกับด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
- จัดการบันทึกการลา การเรียกร้องค่ารักษาพยาบาล และการเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ
- ช่วยในการทบทวนและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของ HR นโยบายและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ผู้สอบบัญชี นายธนาคาร และที่ปรึกษาด้านภาษีในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำหน้าที่เฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นครั้งคราว
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส หรือปริญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความซื่อสัตย์สูง กระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบและพิถีพิถัน
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ และทันกำหนดเวลา
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม/อิสระได้
- ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารทุกระดับและทีมงานข้ามสายงาน
- พูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
