Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user data to identify pain points, opportunities, and user needs.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to understand user behaviors and motivations.
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, user journey, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Creating visual UI component, icon systems, style guides & design system.
- Every inch a pixel in UX/UI understanding design.
- Provide sequence diagram to software developer and build friendly web/mobile application for impressive user experience.
- Gather customer requirement and collaborate with marketing team to propose the best outcome.
- Generate the related document such as customer specification, requirement then collaborate with business development team for customer sign-off.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Interaction design principles.
- Proficient in UX/UI designing web/mobile application experiences.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Have experience in project management such as Jira is a plus.
- Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
- Good team player and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
- An understanding of continuous delivery software development.
