Responsibilities
- ให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลและคำแนะนำทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมขายและลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT และโซลูชันที่บริษัทเสนอ
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายเพื่อให้การแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT แก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT
- ร่วมจัดเตรียมและนำเสนอการสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT ให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT เพื่ออัพเดตข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และฟังก์ชันการทำงานใหม่ ๆ
- ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด IoT รวมถึงความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อเสนอแนวทางที่จะช่วยเพิ่มยอดขาย
- ช่วยจัดการการอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT ให้กับทีมขายและลูกค้า
- รวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ในสาขาวิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคหรือการขายในผลิตภัณฑ์ IoT จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสนใจในเทคโนโลยี IoT และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่บริษัทนำเสนอ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความเร็วและเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
- บุคลิกภาพที่เป็นมิตรและกระตือรือร้น
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
