Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve defined targets
- Manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and developing team capabilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and propose new products or services that align with market demands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, preparing sales and marketing reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-10 years of combined sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or management role

- Strong analytical skills for market data and consumer behavior
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to manage projects and budgets efficiently
