Managing Director - CoSourcing

• Lead overall business strategy and execution
• Own Revenue, P&L, Growth & Business Performance
• Drive the end-to-end Loan / Credit / Case Pipeline from application to closing
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams including RM, Call Center, Credit Operations, Legal, Survey & Appraisal and supporting functions
• Establish and monitor KPI, SLA, productivity and management dashboards
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround time
• Develop SOPs, workflows and scalable operating processes
• Drive adoption of CRM, Automation, Data & AI to improve operational efficiency
• Manage business, operational, legal and compliance risks
• Work closely with the Board of Directors on strategy, performance and key business decisions

✓ Senior leadership experience as MD / GM / Director / Head of Business or equivalent
✓ Strong commercial mindset with proven business-performance ownership
✓ Strong leadership and cross-functional management capability
✓ Experience in Lending, Mortgage, Credit, Financial Services, Property, Real Estate or related businesses is highly preferred
✓ Strong understanding of P&L, KPI, operations and performance management
✓ Data-driven, decisive and execution-focused
✓ Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving organization
