Responsibilities
Position Summary: Electrical Engineer / Asst.Supervisor
1. Perform electrical maintenance work with foreman become aware of safety, occupational health and the environment, coordinate with relevant departments.
2. Perform activities to increase productivity, energy conservation, Integration Management System (IMS) or other activities According to company policy.
3. Planning technical data, control operations, make summary report maintenance problems along with the solution to the supervisor.
4. Supply spare parts or replacement equipment for electrical maintenance.
5. Provide internal training for Subordinates.
6. Prepare Annual electricity maintenance budget.
Scope of Electrical Maintenance :
1. System 115 KV Switch gear & Transformer 115 / 6.3 KV
2. 6.3 KV VCB Breaker & Distribution system
3. Synchronous Motor 6.8 MW. Induction Motor 1 KW - 250 KW. 380V 50Hz.
4. Chiller water cooling system
5. Variable Speed Drive 1 KW. - 1,000 KW. (SIEMENS / ABB)
6. TPIPL is a plastic pellet factory from GAS. Therefore, the electrical system has both conventional and explosion proof system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Control engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar.
- Professional Engineer License
- A minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in maintenance functions.
- Experience in chemical / petrochemical would be advantage.
- Shown to have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task / work in fast paced environment.
