Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell livestock farming equipment (poultry and swine) and aquaculture equipment in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in target countries, particularly Taiwan and Japan.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to prepare technical proposals and support project design activities.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, including product installation coordination and ongoing customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within assigned regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company's international customer base.
- Conduct customer visits, business meetings, and product presentations to drive sales growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in technical sales or sales within a related industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering systems and project design concepts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required.
