Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all on-site construction, machine installation, and support system activities within the Feed, Farm, and Food business, ensuring they meet engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Act as the pivotal technical coordinator between project teams and clients, facilitating transparent communication and swift resolution of any issues to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough inspections of project progress at regular intervals, implementing necessary adjustments to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery in line with specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing construction and engineering projects, with a strong ability to interpret and modify designs in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and coordinate project teams effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to deadlines.
- Versatility in working environments, with the capacity to handle projects both domestically and internationally, adapting to different cultural and operational contexts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously, from budgeting to quality control and team coordination.
