Responsibilities
1. ดูแลภาพรวมการทำงานให้ราบรื่น บริหารพนักงาน จัดตารางงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
2. ตรวจสอบรสชาติ หน้าตา และมาตรฐานอาหารก่อนเสิร์ฟให้ตรงตามสูตร
3. สั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบ/บริหารวัตถุดิบ และคำนวณต้นทุนอาหารไม่ให้เกินงบ
4. ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ อุปกรณ์ และตรวจสอบมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยในครัว
5. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นและทำซูชิ/ซาชิมิได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง , อายุ /30 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น (สามารถทำอาหารได้ทั้งครัวร้อน/ครัวเย็น)
- สามารถทำงานตามขั้นตอนแบบการทำงานของญี่ปุ่นได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
