Responsibilities

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for food additives in line with company goals.
  • Achieve sales targets, margin objectives, and portfolio growth.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales and technical sales team.
  • Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and support team development.
  • Promote a solution‑selling mindset and high‑performance culture.
  • Manage key accounts in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Work closely with Technical, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
  • Support product trials, new product launches, and technical issue resolution.
  • Ensure effective coordination on pricing, supply, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Business, or related fields
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales of food additives or food ingredients
  • Proven experience in sales team management is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Good command of English
  • Results‑driven with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Driving license is required
