Responsibilities
1.ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการผลิตไส้กรอกในแต่ละขั้นตอน (บด ผสม บรรจุ อบ/รมควัน แพ็ค) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
2.ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ เช่น เนื้อสัตว์ เครื่องปรุง และบรรจุภัณฑ์ก่อนเริ่มผลิต
3.ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามสูตร (Recipe/BOM) และลดการสูญเสีย
4.ติดตามปริมาณการผลิต (Output) เทียบกับแผน และรายงานความคืบหน้า
5.ควบคุมคุณภาพเบื้องต้นในไลน์ผลิต เช่น น้ำหนัก ขนาด สี กลิ่น และอุณหภูมิ
6.ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC/QA เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยอาหาร
7.แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า เช่น เครื่องจักรขัดข้อง วัตถุดิบไม่เพียงพอ หรือคุณภาพไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
8.ควบคุมสุขลักษณะและความสะอาดในพื้นที่ผลิต (GMP / Hygiene)
9.บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต เช่น Yield, Downtime, ของเสีย และจัดทำรายงานประจำวัน
10.สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีอาหาร วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานแปรรูปเนื้อสัตว์หรืออาหาร 1–3 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตไส้กรอกหรือผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อสัตว์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP, และ Food Safety
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมห้องเย็นได้
- สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน โรงงานไส้กรอก อาหารพร้อมทาน แปรรูปไข่ หนองจอก กรุงเทพฯ
