Responsibilities
1. รับเข้า (Receiving) และตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ เช่น เนื้อสัตว์ เครื่องปรุง และบรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้ตรงตามเอกสาร
2. จัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังให้ถูกต้องตามประเภท และเงื่อนไขอุณหภูมิ (ห้องเย็น / แช่แข็ง)
3. ควบคุมการจ่ายวัตถุดิบให้ฝ่ายผลิตตามใบเบิก (Material Requisition)จัดเตรียมและจ่ายสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (ไส้กรอก) สำหรับการจัดส่ง
4. ตรวจนับสต็อก (Stock Count / Cycle Count) และบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ
5.ควบคุมระดับสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสม และลดปัญหาของขาด/ของเกินดูแลการจัดเก็บแบบ FIFO / FEFO โดยเฉพาะสินค้าที่มีวันหมดอายุ
6. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ผลิต และขนส่ง
7. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร เช่น ใบรับสินค้า ใบเบิก ใบส่งของ
8. ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน GMP
9. รายงานปัญหา เช่น สินค้าชำรุด สูญหาย หรืออุณหภูมิไม่เหมาะสม
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ ซัพพรายเชน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานคลังสินค้า 1–3 ปี (โรงงานอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจระบบคลังสินค้า เช่น FIFO, FEFO
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Excel) และระบบ ERP/WMS ได้
- สามารถทำงานในห้องเย็น / ห้องแช่แข็ง และทำงานเป็นกะได้
- ทำงาน 6 หยุด 1 วัน
