Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารยอดขายสินค้าในช่องทาง ตลาดสด (Traditional Trade)
- เข้าเยี่ยมร้านค้า/แผงค้าในตลาดสดตามแผน Route Plan
- นำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ และผลักดันยอดขายสินค้าเดิมให้เติบโต
- ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า และติดตามการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า
- เจรจาต่อรอง และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า (แม่ค้า/พ่อค้า/ตัวแทนจำหน่าย)
- จัดเรียงสินค้า (Merchandising) และดูแลความพร้อมขาย
- เก็บข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่
- วางแผนโปรโมชั่นร่วมกับลูกค้า เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย
- ทำรายงานยอดขาย และส่งข้อมูลให้ผู้จัดการเขต (Area Manager)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานขาย โดยเฉพาะ Traditional Trade / FMCG / ตลาดสด จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์
- ขยัน อดทน สามารถทำงานภาคสนามได้ (ออกตลาดแต่เช้า)
- มีรถจักรยานยนต์/รถยนต์ และใบขับขี่
- รู้จักพื้นที่ตลาดสดในเขตรับผิดชอบเป็นอย่างดี
