Responsibilities
- โทรนำเสนอขายสินค้า CPF ให้กับลูกค้าใน ช่องทางตลาดสด (Traditional Trade) เช่น พ่อค้าแม่ค้า/ร้านค้า
- รับออร์เดอร์สินค้า และติดตามยอดสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเดิม
- ดูแลฐานลูกค้า (Existing Customers) และกระตุ้นการสั่งซื้อซ้ำ
- แนะนำสินค้าใหม่ โปรโมชั่น และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายภาคสนาม (Sales Rep) และทีมจัดส่งสินค้า
- อัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ (CRM / Sales system)
- ติดตามสถานะการชำระเงิน และแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าเบื้องต้น
- วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย (Upselling / Cross-selling)
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และ Performance รายวัน/รายสัปดาห์
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ Telesales / Call Center / Sales FMCG / Traditional Trade จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารทางโทรศัพท์ดี น้ำเสียงน่าฟัง โน้มน้าวได้
- มีทักษะการขาย และปิดการขาย (Closing skill)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และระบบ CRM ได้
- มี Service Mind และสามารถรับมือกับความกดดันจาก Target
- หากมีความเข้าใจตลาดสด / สินค้าของสด จะได้เปรียบ
