Responsibilities
1.ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตขนมปังให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
2.ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ก่อนเริ่มการผลิต
3.ดูแลขั้นตอนการผสมแป้ง ขึ้นรูป อบ และบรรจุสินค้าให้ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพ
4.ควบคุมความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยภายในพื้นที่การผลิตตามมาตรฐาน GMP / HACCP
5.ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าในระหว่างการผลิต และรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
6.ดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
7.บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต และจัดทำรายงานประจำวัน
8.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายคุณภาพ และฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง
9.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร สาขาวิศวอุตสาหการ (Industrial Engineering: IE)
มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี หากเป็นงานโรงงานอาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
วันทำงาน 6 หยุด 1 วัน
