Responsibilities
1.ออกแบบ วิเคราะห์ และพัฒนาระบบเครื่องจักร กลไก และอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิตของโรงงาน
2.วางแผนและควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร (Preventive / Predictive / Corrective Maintenance)
3.ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักรเพื่อลด Downtime
4.ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและสายการผลิต (Efficiency Improvement / OEE)
5.ควบคุมการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และเดินเครื่องจักรใหม่ (Installation & Commissioning)
6.จัดทำและปรับปรุงแผนบำรุงรักษา คู่มือเครื่องจักร และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ผู้รับเหมา และผู้จำหน่ายเครื่องจักร
8.ควบคุมงบประมาณด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง อะไหล่ และโครงการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร
9.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมให้การทำงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (Safety & EHS)
10.สนับสนุนกิจกรรมปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Kaizen, TPM, Lean)
11.วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาเชิงวิศวกรรม (Root Cause Analysis) และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
12.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักร ระบบกล ระบบส่งกำลัง ไฮดรอลิก นิวเมติก และระบบท่อ
- สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Drawing) และใช้โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ เช่น AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : โรงงานแปรูปอาหาร ฉะเชิงเทรา
