Responsibilities
1.วางแผนการผลิตประจำวัน / สัปดาห์ / เดือน ให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขายและคำสั่งซื้อ
2.คำนวณกำลังการผลิต (Capacity Planning)
3.วางแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ และกำลังคน
4.ประสานงานกับฝ่าย : ผลิต,คลังสินค้า,จัดซื้อ,QA/QC,โลจิสติกส์
5.ติดตามแผนผลิตและแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อผลิตไม่เป็นไปตามแผน
6.ควบคุมสต๊อกวัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
จัดทำรายงาน KPI เช่น OTIF, Production efficiency, Yield loss, Forecast accuracy
7.ใช้ระบบ ERP/MRP เช่น SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics หรือ Excel ขั้นสูง
8.ควบคุมให้การผลิตสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน GMP / HACCP / ISO 22000
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เทคโนโลยีอาหาร การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม โลจิสติกส์
- ใช้ Excel ได้ดี: Pivot Table VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP สูตรวางแผน
- ทำงาน 6 หยุด 1 วัน
