บทบาทหลัก :
1.เตรียมวัตถุดิบ: หั่น ซอย หรือแล่เนื้อสัตว์และผักต่างๆ ให้พร้อมสำหรับทำเมนูอาหารจีน
2.ช่วยเหลืองานหน้าเตา: ช่วยจัดเตรียมเครื่องปรุง หยิบจับอุปกรณ์ และช่วยควบคุมความสะอาดเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ครัว
3.จัดเก็บและรักษาความสะอาด: เก็บรักษาวัตถุดิบ แพ็คของ และดูแลความสะอาดของเครื่องใช้ในครัวตามสุขอนามัย

1.ไม่จำกัดเพศ 
2.อายุ ตั้งแต่ 20-45 ปี
3.ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
4.สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และปฏิบัติงานในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
5.มีใจรักในงานครัว พร้อมเรียนรู้เทคนิคการทำอาหารจีนเพิ่มเติม
6.หากมีประสบการณ์เตรียมอาหารในครัวร้านอาหารหรือภัตตาคารมาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
