Responsibilities
- Support the definition and maintenance of product management process standards within the organization
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to gather business requirements and insights
- Develop process documentation and standards, such as guidelines or manuals
- Monitor and evaluate adherence to established process standards
- Compile data and prepare product project status reports for management review
- Provide guidance and support for the use of product or project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or project management related roles
- Understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle
- Ability to create process documentation and reports effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with teams and stakeholders
- Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
