Responsibilities
- Manage all work flows under loans and promissory notes as well as preparing the related documents.
- Manage all work flows under debentures and prepare the related documents.
- Calculate and manage the payment of debentures' interest.
- Coordinate with Registrar, internal departments, and external financial institutions.
- Manage documents for loan and interest payment as well as coordinate with both domestic and foreign banks.
- Write the minutes of meetings and economic report for Board of Directors , MC ,MM in English.
- Translate all reports and documents to be in English as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business English, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance and Banking, or any related field
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Strong skills: deliberation, high responsibility, interpersonal and communication, and enthusiastic in learning
- Fluency in English both verbal and written communication
- Good computer literacy in MS Office
