Responsibilities
- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาสอบถามข้อมูล
- ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับค่างวดรถยนต์ งานทะเบียนรถยนต์ งานต่อภาษี และแจ้งรายการเอกสารต่างๆกับลูกค้า
- โอนสายลูกค้าและประสานงานกับฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หมายเหตุ - ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุดเสาร์ - อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
ปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.00 น.
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีบุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
