Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการและติดตามการยื่นฟ้องคดีให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา พร้อมทั้งปรับปรุงข้อมูลคดีตาม SLA ที่กำหนด
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการฟ้องคดี ติดตามคำพิพากษา และหมายบังคับคดีให้เป็นไปตาม SLA
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลรถยึด การปิดบัญชี และการชำระเงินเพื่อระงับหรือถอนฟ้อง
- สนับสนุนเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินคดีให้กับสำนักงานกฎหมาย
- เจรจา ประสานงาน และให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าเพื่อประนีประนอมยอมความและปิดบัญชี
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะผู้รับมอบอำนาจเพื่อเบิกความในคดีที่บริษัทฯ เป็นโจทก์
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขานิติศาสตร์ กฎหมาย เนติบัณฑิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานกฎหมาย บริหารหนี้ หรือทนายความ ในธุรกิจเช่าซื้อหรืองานธนาคารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านกฎหมายและมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
