ฺBusiness Support - ICBC (Thai) Leasing Company Limited

•        Collect and analyze internal and external data including, product portfolios, automotive market trends, and competitor activities to deliver strategic reports that support the product development team in enhancing products and driving market competitiveness

•        Prepare performance reports for submission to management

•        Coordinate and communicate with the Business Center regarding marketing support, as well as with other departments as assigned by management.

•        Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and improve operating systems and work processes.

•        Plan and monitor the marketing support expense budget.

•        Coordinate with various departments regarding the updating of contract documents.

•    Contact with customer who would like to transfer their lease contract, inform the criteria and fees of car lease transfer and make appointment with customer to sign contract.

•        Be responsible for collecting all necessary documents, verifying the existence of collateral (vehicles), and arranging for customers to sign additional documents for this debt restructuring program.

•        Provide support and coordinate other related tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Economics or any relate field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business development, MIS or Reporting, or any related field 

• Experience in Business support as monitoring sale performance and reports

• Advance in Excel (Pivoted, VLOOKUP) and Power BI 

• Excellent of English communication, also speaking and writing 

• Strong communication, detail-Oriented and interpersonal skills
