Senior Insights Analyst - DATAXET LIMITED

• Work closely with the sales and client-facing teams to understand clients’ business objectives, communication challenges, and intelligence requirements
• Translate client briefs into clear analytical frameworks, including criteria for data filtering and monitoring
• Own and manage analyst-led projects end to end, from project setup and analysis to insight development and final delivery
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure effective data cleansing, tagging accuracy, and system optimization
• Review, analyze, and visualize datasets to address clients’ requirements or solve clients' problems
• Prepare and deliver insight reports that demonstrate a deep understanding of data, media context, and client objectives, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and easy to understand
• Act as a quality checkpoint for analyst outputs by reviewing analyses and providing guidance or recommendations when needed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, business, economics, marketing or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, social listening, media intelligence, market research, or a related analytics role
• Solid understanding of media, social, and digital data sources
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights aligned with client business and communication objectives
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience defining analysis frameworks and insight hypotheses independently
• High proficiency in data visualization and reporting, with the ability to present insights in a clear and structured
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams
• Strong communication and Presentation skills
