Responsibilities
* Prepare dishes according to the café’s recipes and quality standards.
* Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized workstation.
* Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
* Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
* Follow food safety and storage standards.
* Help with stock control and kitchen preparation when required.
