Responsibilities

  • Process payments, bank transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with banks regrading financial transactions and banking services
  • Monitor payment schedules, outstandings payments, and ensure timely settlements
  • Monitor bank balances and preform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and organize financial documents supporting records

Qualifications

What you will do
Job Summary

In this Finance Officer role, you will play a key part in managing the organization's daily financial operations. You will be responsible for accurately processing payments, bank transfers, and other financial transactions in a timely manner, while also coordinating with banks regarding various services. Your duties will include monitoring payment schedules, outstanding payments, and ensuring timely settlements, as well as tracking bank balances and performing essential bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. You will also maintain precise financial records and organize supporting documents, coordinate with internal departments on payment requests and expenses, and assist with budgeting and expense tracking as assigned.
