Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including on cash flow, payments, and banking transaction
  • Monitor and control cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for daily business operations
  • Review and verify payment transactions, bank transfers, and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, finance reports, and management reports
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding banking transactions, finance services, and related matters
  • Monitor payment schedules, outstanding payments, and financial obligations to ensure timely settlements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and finance management systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure

What you will do
Job Summary

As a Senior Finance or Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing daily financial operations, including cash flow, payments, and banking transactions. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for business operations and reviewing payment transactions, bank transfers, and financial documents for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and management reports, coordinating with banks and financial institutions as needed. You will also oversee bank reconciliations, develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance.
