Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ลักษณะสินค้าและกำหนดพิกัดศุลกากร (HS Code Classification) ให้ถูกต้องตามหลักเกณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความถูกต้องของ HS Code เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดศุลกากร และสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี (เช่น FTA, RVC)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น Shipping, Customs, Supplier) เพื่อยืนยันข้อมูลสินค้าและเอกสารสำหรับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
- ดูแลและบริหารสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข รวมถึงการใช้วัตถุดิบและการควบคุมสต๊อกภายใต้ BOI
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชิ้นส่วน (Part Revision) เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบต่อ HS Code และภาษี
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Invoice, Packing List, BOI documentation ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ดำเนินการด้าน BOI เช่น การทำลายชิ้นส่วน การขยายอายุวัตถุดิบ และการรายงานต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการวางแผนโลจิสติกส์และการบริหารต้นทุน โดยใช้ข้อมูล HS Code และภาษีในการวิเคราะห์
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้าน Logistics Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0–3 ปี ด้าน Import-Export, Customs หรือ HS Code/BOI
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดี TOEIC 600 ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้าน HS Code (Tariff Classification), Customs regulations, BOI, FTA/RVC
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และความละเอียดสูง สำหรับการตีพิกัดสินค้าและตรวจสอบเอกสาร
- ทักษะการประสานงานและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ทำงานร่วมกับ Shipping/Customs/หน่วยงานภายนอก)
- ช้งาน Excel หรือระบบ ERP ได้ และมี mindset ด้าน Compliance
