Responsibilities

Procurement and supply chain Management.
-PO Planning & Forecast including IOC
-Supplier management
-PO delivery follow up
-Cost control (Logistic Cost/ Parts Cost)
-Parts claim & discrepancy
-Substance control
-Inventory Control
Control stock amount & MOS by usage
-Analyze PO planning & Actual demand
-Excess stock analysis & Countermeasure
-OPC& Scrap
Import & Export
-Import customs clearance/HS code preparation
-Receiving planning
-Provide due date estimation
-Customs compliance
-Export allocation & booking arrangement
-Export sales order management
SCM Planning and global coordination
-SCM improvement in term of GIM Align YMC policy
-Cooperate with other affiliates for global activities
-Be a part of DLR SCM management
-External Performance Monitor and stockholders' engagement
Perform monitoring
-Regular meeting with stakeholders such as Yamaha affiliates, Procurement team etc.
-Other job (Marketing activity support such as parts conference etc.)

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree in Logistics, International Business or related field.
  2. Minimum 0-1 year experience in Import & Export or shipping.
  3. Proficiency in English with TOEIC score minimum 600.
  4. Strong understand aftersales business especially Parts aspect, ability to solve SCM limitation in order to meet highest customers satisfaction and achieve company goal.
