Responsibilities
- Translate corporate Net Zero targets into plant-level execution plans
- Develop carbon reduction roadmaps,
- Implement carbon offset strategies where necessary to achieve neutrality
- Collaborate with regional/global teams on decarbonization initiatives
- Lead integrated management of energy, carbon emissions, and environmental impact
- Act as or support Authorized Energy Management Officer (AEMO- Factory)
- Monitor and report: Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
- Ensure compliance with Thai laws and environmental standards
- Integrate Lean, TVE (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) with sustainability goals
- Embed "Green Kaizen" into daily operations
- Optimize production processes for both efficiency and environmental impact
- Manufacturing & Process Decarbonization
- Introduce low-carbon technologies and cleaner production methods
- Project Management (CapEx & OpEx)
- Lead projects that deliver both financial ROl and environmental benefits
- Build a sustainability-driven culture across the factory (Energy efficiency, Carbon awareness, Environmental compliance)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Environmental or related fields
- Experience 5-10 years in energy, sustainability, or environmental management.
- Good knowledge in Lean Energy Improvement and GHG management
- Technical & Sustainability Knowledge, Data Analysis & Measurement Skills, Project & Process Management Proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills.
- Fluent command of English (Written and Verbal) for international standard documentation. TOEIC 600 up.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 14064, 45001, 50001 etc. standards.
