Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings using CAD.
- Coordinate and select tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support defect reduction and smooth model launches.
- Design painting processes and related equipment.
- Prepare maintenance documents to reduce downtime
- Build prototypes and conduct tests.
- Improve OEE and painting performance.
- Create manuals and training programs.
- Drive productivity and quality improvements.
- Maintain work standards and documents.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and related systems
- Support production activities.
- Report results and follow ethics guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent). Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Interest and passion in automotive manufacturing and painting processes is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and self-motivation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English with TOEIC score minimum of 600.
